All our products are manufactured either by ourselves or by our qualified team. Production is demand-driven, so we do not keep large stocks.

Can I receive my order promptly?

Is it possible to pick up my order in person or bring memorabilia myself?

Picking up or personally dropping off memorabilia is possible by arrangement. Please contact us to arrange an appointment!

Yes, you can use clothing from different people to create a personalized keepsake that combines multiple memories.

Do I have to wash the clothes before shipping?

Yes, we recommend that you wash the garments before shipping to ensure they are clean and in good condition.

How do I send the clothes?

We recommend that you send the garments insured so that you can track the status of your package at any time. Also use the address provided and clearly mark your order number on the package.

How long does it take to process my order for a souvenir?

The average processing time is up to 9 weeks after we receive your garments, however we endeavour to process each order as quickly as possible.

What happens to excess clothing?

Any excess clothing not used for the keepsake will be returned to you.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order, however this may vary depending on the processing status.

Is there a way to make multiple keepsakes from the same pieces of clothing?

Yes, it is possible to make several unique pieces from the same items of clothing. We would be happy to make you an individual offer.

Which other countries do you supply to?

We also ship to other European countries including Italy, Spain and Belgium. Exact shipping costs can be viewed at checkout before completing your order.

Do you also ship to Switzerland?

Yes, we also ship our memorabilia to Switzerland. Please note that customs fees apply when shipping to Switzerland, which must be borne by the customer.
